Noblesse

My commission to which was gloriously fulfilled.

Upon seeing purplekecleon's previous take on Trixie (you may view it here on her deviantArt: [link]), I was instantly transfixed. I think I can attribute that to Trixie's stylized eyelashes, and her evil Disney queen-esque demeanor; a blend of sinister and sassy.

Being that it is a new year, I thought a change for the Trixie Supremacy icon would be fun. As such, I decided the particular Trixie look that purplekecleon had to offer would be a fine choice.

I wanted Trixie to once again have a regal, silver tiara, to go with the theme of the group. To accompany it, I asked for Trixie to have a condescending, royal air about her. I left purplekecleon to her own devices to craft her take on what I requested.

The end result does not have the same ferocity as her first Trixie illustration, but rather a more subtle and gentle look. The pose and the smug smile makes it appear as if Trixie is chuckling to herself. The first thing that came to mind was Naga the Serpent's Ojousama laugh ("Ohohohohoho!").

I'm quite pleased with the finished product. purplekecleon is definitely an artist to keep an eye on!
